At Sansa Drinks., we are committed to delivering the highest quality products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days for a full refund—no questions asked.
Return Shipping Costs: We will cover all return postage costs.
Return Conditions
- Packaging: Please return items in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt.
- Product Condition: You may return products for any reason, including if you don’t like the taste. If you have multiple bags of the same product and wish to return them, please only open one bag and return the others unopened.
- Bulk Purchases: Our guarantee does not apply to bulk-sized products (indicated by "Bulk" in the product title). We recommend sampling a smaller size before purchasing in bulk.

We will cover return postage costs. Please contact us to arrange return delivery. We cannot reimburse delivery costs if you handle the return yourself.
Refunds, Credits, and Replacements
Once we receive your returned items, we usually process refunds within a few days. During busy periods, please allow up to 14 days for processing. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card provider. Alternatively, we can issue store credits or send replacement products upon request.
Damaged Orders
While we take great care in packaging, damage during transit can occur. If your order arrives damaged:
- Refused Delivery: If you can, refuse delivery and contact us immediately for a replacement and to report the damage.
- Received Damage: If you cannot refuse delivery and find damage, contact us within 14 days of receipt. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage or return the damaged item to request a replacement or refund.
